2. Service Description: Lead Bop offers lead generation services to clients seeking to acquire leads for their business. Our services may include but are not limited to lead capture, lead qualification, and lead management.

3. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their lead generation service agreement with at least 30 days’ notice to receive a refund of any prepaid fees. Cancellations made within 30 days of the service start date may be subject to fees.

4. Client Obligations: Clients must provide accurate and complete information to facilitate the lead generation process. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness of our services.

5. Confidentiality: Lead Bop will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

6. Payment Terms: Clients are responsible for paying all fees associated with the lead generation services as outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms will be provided upon request.

7. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or used in the course of providing lead generation services shall remain the property of Lead Bop.

8. Limitation of Liability: Lead Bop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

9. Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.

10. Modification of Terms: Lead Bop reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
